Thanks for taking the time to check out the upcoming Employer Engagement opportunities. Below are the current BY Classes and specific dates for Employer Visits and Hiring Fairs. 

Employer Visits (Duration ~ 30 minutes)

When talking with students, they will be interested in hearing about your company, your type of work, your story, and career opportunities. Presentation of slides/photos is optional. The students tend to be very engaged. There will likely be many questions, and the presentation will likely be fairly conversational. 

Hiring & Resource Fairs (Duration ~ 2 – 3 hours)

Hiring fairs will be held at the end of the program. The students will have gone through all the training and will be ready to present their resume, interview, and continue the application process in hopes of being employed by your company. This opportunity allows students to have 1 -on 1 time with you to interview, ask questions, and determine eligibility.
