Thanks for taking the time to check out the upcoming Employer Engagement opportunities. Below are the current BY Classes and specific dates for Employer Visits and Hiring Fairs. 

Employer Visits (Duration ~ 30 minutes)

Employer visits will happen during BY class time. It’ll be a chance to talk about your company, type of work, your story, and career opportunities. Presentation of slides/photos is optional. This is a more conversational presentation as students tend to be very engaged & will come prepared with industry specific questions.

Hiring & Resource Fairs (Duration ~ 2 – 3 hours)

Hiring fairs are held at the end of the program. The students will have gone through all the training and will be ready to present their resume, interview, and continue the application process in hopes of being employed by your company. This opportunity allows you to have 1 -on 1 time with several candidates to interview, ask questions, and determine eligibility.
